About Mohammad Fayez

On this page
I'm Mohammad Fayez. I run a one-person consulting practice that plans and runs digital marketing for UK independent private dental practices. I do the work myself, with my own automation for research, drafting and checks; I review and approve everything that goes out.
Who I am
I'm a consultant, not an agency. There's no account manager and no junior doing the work behind a senior name. When you email me, you're talking to the person who writes your pages, builds your tracking and changes your campaigns.
The practice has no brand name on purpose. The work goes out under my own name because I'm the one accountable for it. If you want the short version of what that means for a practice, it's on the page about the work I do for practices.
A decade in search
I have spent about ten years in SEO. Most of that time went into understanding how people search when a decision is slow and expensive: what they type at the start, how the questions change as they get closer, and what finally makes them act.
That is exactly the shape of a dental implant or Invisalign decision. Patients research for weeks. They compare prices, read about pain and recovery, and look for reassurance before they book a consultation.
My method is built on Koray Tuğberk Gübür's semantic SEO and topical authority framework. I name it because method lineage matters more than job titles:
| Part of the method | What it gives a practice's site |
|---|---|
| Topical map | The whole subject area planned as one connected structure, not a list of keywords |
| Entities and their attributes | Pages that cover the treatments, costs, risks and questions patients actually connect |
| Contextual internal links | Links placed where the reader's next question arises, so the site reads as one source |
Topical authority means covering a subject so completely, and so well connected internally, that search engines treat the site as a reliable source on it. I explain it in more depth in the guide to building topical authority for a dental site.
Why dental
Private dentistry is where the gap between marketing activity and business outcome is widest. High-value treatments have long decision cycles, so last-click reporting undercounts what search and content do. Advertising is regulated by the GDC, the ASA's CAP Code and the CQC, so careless copy is a real risk rather than a style issue. And practices are routinely sold rank reports and lead counts that never connect to the appointment book.
Those three problems are all solvable with good research, careful writing and a proper measurement build. That combination is what I'm good at.
The system behind the work
One person can carry agency scope only with systems. Mine is written down and gated, so the standard lives in the system rather than in my memory.
- A page registry. Every page on a client site exists as a row with an ID before anyone writes a word. The registry is the source of truth for what gets built.
- Numbered gates. Work moves through checks in order. A failed gate is recorded as failed and stops the work. It's never worked around.
- Decision and issue logs. Every structural decision is written down with its reason. Every defect gets a fix spec.
- Agent pipelines. I build my own automation with Claude Code, n8n, Make and custom agents, for research, drafting, checks and reporting. I review and approve everything that goes out, and nothing patient-facing goes out unreviewed.
- The measurement layer. I build the tracking that sends booked and attended consultations and treatment starts from a practice's own systems back to Google Ads within its upload window (90 days for offline import1); treatment completed later is measured in the practice's own report. Meta gets only booked and attended consultations, with no treatment detail, sent only with the patient's recorded explicit consent and hashed, and Meta may restrict or reject them for a health advertiser.
How this site itself is written and checked is on the editorial policy.
Working remotely inside your accounts
I work remotely, and I treat that as a feature. All the work happens inside your own accounts: your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, your analytics and tag manager. You can watch every change. Nothing sits in an agency back office, and nothing is held in my name.
Reporting is a live dashboard, with a written summary each month. I work remotely from outside the UK, on UK working hours. My address is in the privacy notice.
